White Shark Excursions with the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy
We have opened registration for our on the water experiences. The 2025 season is quickly approaching and we see many tours book up quickly. We recommend booking in advance to obtain your preferred date and time.
Receiver Tours
Spend an hour cruising the beautiful Chatham Harbor, spotting seals and other wildlife along the way. Hear from a naturalist about the surrounding landmarks, natural ecosystem, and more, including information about ongoing white shark research efforts around Cape Cod. Passengers will also get the opportunity to view an active receiver buoy, and learn how to use the White Shark Logbook to track tagging data!
private White Shark Charters
Our Private White Shark Charter offers your group an exclusive opportunity to observe white sharks in their natural habitat and learn about AWSC's research and conservation efforts on Cape Cod.
Open Boat White SHark Charters
Our Open Boat White Shark Charter offers individuals and smaller groups the chance to join others aboard a shared vessel to experience Cape Cod’s top marine predator up close. This excursion provides the same experience as our private charters and is limited to six guests per trip.
Expedition 2025: White Sharks & Whales
Atlantic White Shark Conservancy (AWSC) and Whale and Dolphin Conservation (WDC) host this all-day trip to see some of the most exciting wildlife Cape Cod has to offer - whales, great white sharks, and seabirds galore! We cannot guarantee wildlife sightings for this expedition, we will do our best, however please know the purpose of this trip is to fundraise for the two organizations.
Experts from AWSC and WDC will be your onboard guides who will show you whales and sharks while also explaining their biology, behavior, and conservation.
All of the proceeds from these all-day trips go toward WDC and AWSC’s mutual goal of ocean conservation. We thank you for joining us on this expedition and supporting our work!
Our 2025 dates have been set: August 2nd, September 6th, and September 20th
